How does TUFF fit?
True to size for a performance fit — close to the body, full range of movement. If you're between sizes and want more room, take the larger.
Are the leggings squat-proof?
Yes. The Perform Legging is knitted at a weight that stays opaque under load. We tested for it rather than assumed it.
Where's the size guide?
On every product page, next to the size selector, with measurements in centimetres.
What if I order the wrong size?
Your first exchange is free. Message us and we'll swap it in one trip.
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
1–2 working days in Cairo and Giza, 2–5 elsewhere in Egypt. We ship with Bosta.
How much is shipping?
EGP 75 in Cairo and Giza, EGP 95 elsewhere. Free on orders over EGP 1,500 or any order of two items or more.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, everywhere we deliver.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't been dispatched, yes — message us as fast as you can. Once it's with the courier we can't recall it, but you can still return it.
How do I track my order?
You get a Bosta tracking link by email and SMS at dispatch.
Returns
What's your return window?
14 days from delivery, unworn and tagged.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Same terms as everything else.
How long do refunds take?
Within 7 business days of us receiving the item.
Product & care
How should I wash TUFF?
Cold machine wash, inside out, no fabric softener, hang dry. Softener coats performance fabric and kills the stretch — it's the fastest way to ruin technical gear.
Can I tumble dry?
Low heat on the shorts and tank. Never on the leggings or the Unified Set — heat degrades elastane permanently.
Is TUFF unisex?
Some pieces are. Each product page says who it's cut for.
