<h2>Shipping</h2><p>We ship across all 27 governorates of Egypt with Bosta.</p><h3>Delivery times and cost</h3><ul><li><strong>Cairo & Giza</strong> — 1–2 working days — EGP 75</li><li><strong>Alexandria & the Delta</strong> — 2–3 working days — EGP 95</li><li><strong>Upper Egypt, Canal, Red Sea & Sinai</strong> — 3–5 working days — EGP 95</li></ul><p><strong>Free shipping</strong> on orders over EGP 1,500, or any order of two items or more.</p><h3>Processing</h3><p>Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on Fridays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day. Working days are Saturday to Thursday.</p><h3>Tracking</h3><p>You'll get a Bosta tracking number by email and SMS the moment your order leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within the window above, message us — don't wait it out.</p><h3>Payment</h3><p>Cash on delivery, credit and debit card, and mobile wallet. Card payments are processed securely and TUFF never sees or stores your card details.</p><h3>Before you accept the parcel</h3><p>Check the box is sealed and undamaged in front of the courier. If it isn't, refuse it and contact us the same day — we'll send a replacement at our cost.</p>
