Using tuffoutfit.com or ordering from it means you accept these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If something is mispriced or out of stock we may decline, and we'll refund you in full immediately.

Prices

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Products

We photograph our products honestly. Colours can still vary slightly between screens — that's a display limitation, not a defect, and it isn't grounds for a faulty-item claim. It is grounds for a normal return.

Returns

Covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think it's been compromised.

Our content

The TUFF name, logo, photography and copy belong to us. Don't reuse them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it, or try to interfere with it. We can close accounts that do.

Liability

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered in the condition described. We're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
